Physical Products
We offer a 7-day return and refund policy for all physical products. To be eligible for a refund:
- Your request must be made within 7 days of delivery
- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required

Please note:
- Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions
Digital Products
All digital products are non-refundable.
Due to the nature of digital content, once a product has been purchased and delivered, it cannot be returned or revoked. For this reason, all digital product sales are final.
We encourage you to carefully review product descriptions before purchasing.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect physical item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at joel@joelmorel.store. We will work quickly to resolve the issue.
